    This hands-on class is geared towards child care providers, who will earn credit hours.  Learn why it's important for children to get ready to read, starting at birth.  Hear how your local library can support you and the families in your care in your early literacy efforts.  Learn to integrate the five literacy practices and five early literacy components that prepare children to learn to read into your childcare curriculum and environment.  For adult childcare providers.  Limited to 20.  This workshop is funded in part with a grant from the MN Department of Education using Federal funding, CFDA- 45.310 - Library Services and Technology Act, Grants to State program (LS-00-18-0024-18)
