  • How big is the booth?

    10 X 10 foot

     

    How many booths can I have?

    No limit, but you will be charged per booth. For detailed info, please reach out to Mary@littlefallsmnchamber.com

     

    Can I request a particular location?

    Yes, however please note: placements are NOT guaranteed.

    There are a few spots that have additional fees due to the placements and demand. The placement for these would be based on first come first serve basis with the complete payment received. 

     

    Where can I park my truck to unload

    You can park your vehicles or trailers at available designated spots. Please refer  to your map. Parking not guaranteed

     

    Can I leave my trailer by my booth overnight?

    You can park your vehicles or trailers at available designated spots. Please refer  to your map. Parking not guaranteed

     

    Can I use a trailer as my booth?

    No

     

    When is set up?

    Set up starts on Friday night anytime after 5:00 pm. Vehicles must be moved off the main streets and highways. Vehicle must be moved by Saturday and Sunday before 7:00 am Saturday and before 8:00 am on Sunday

     

    Do I need a MN ST19?

    Yes, required by ALL vendors. Failure to comply will result in a fine by state of MN

     

    I am tax exempt, so I still need to fill out ST19?

    Yes

     

    Do I need insurance?

    Yes, insurance is needed and has to be submitted at the time of application

     

    How do I get inventory if I am the only one at the booth

    You are responsible for maintaining your booth inventory. Staff or volunteers will not be responsible for manning the booth.

     

    Fair times- Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

    Will my items sell?

    Sales depend on how you market your booth and merchandise. 125,000 visitors come to the fair. Product sales depend on buyer preferences.

     

    Are there discounts available for booth fees? 

    We offer the “early bird discount” that runs from January 1 through May 31.  We do not offer any other discounts. 

     

    Will I make my money back

    We do not guarantee sales and revenue generated from these sales. Sales depend on how you market your booth and merchandise. 125,000 visitors come to the fair. Product sales depend on buyer preferences.

     

    Are you still looking for vendors?

    We accept applications until a week prior to the fair. Early bird application deadline is May 31, 2023

     

    Is there reserved parking for vendors?
