Little Falls Health Services is made up of Little Falls Care Center and Bridgeway Estates.  Little Falls Care Center is Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled care center providing the highest level of care for older adults outside of a hospital.  They are able to provide services for residents seeking a short stay or end of life care.  Located on site is Big Stone Therapies where they offer physical, occupational and speech therapy to residents who are looking to regain their strength after illness or injury.  While at Little Falls Care Center your care is managed by a physician and our 24/7 nursing team.  Bridgeway Estates provides a home-like setting with ease, convenience and security but without the stress of home ownership.  At Bridgeway Estates you'll have the same dedicated day by day caregivers, yet residents can live as independent as possible and get help with just the care you want.

There is a $5.00 fee to attend.  Make your reservation by emailing Gina ginav@littlefallsmnchamber.com or call the Chamber (320) 632-5155 by Monday, April 22 to ensure we have enough food for all who wish to attend.
