Little Falls Health Services has been meeting the residential healthcare needs of our community since 1964. In 2014, Little Falls Health Services became part of the family of St. Francis Health Services of Morris, MN, sponsored by the Diocese of St. Cloud. Our focus and commitment is to continue to serve the healthcare demands and lifestyles of today’s older adults with compassion and excellence.

We are a group of dedicated professionals who respect our tenants’ desire to live as independently as possible while providing a pleasant lifestyle and peace of mind.

At Bridgeway Estates, you’ll have the same caregivers day by day. You will come to know and trust them like your family while they provide you with just the help you want. From the day you move in, you are part of a small group of neighbors who dine and socialize together, yet you have privacy whenever you want it. Because Bridgeway Estates is connected to Little Falls Care Center, you have access to extended care and services, such as short-term physical therapy.

We place a major emphasis on nursing care that helps restore the body, mind and spirit to help our residents live as independently as possible.

We take a great deal of pride in our food service. Beyond meeting your nutritional and dietary needs, we deliver excellent dining experiences in our bright and modern dining room.

DAILY SOCIAL PROGRAMS

We have a rich array of interesting entertainment, exercise and activities. We also provide transportation for plenty of trips and outside activities.

As a not-for-profit Christian organization, we are as concerned with residents’ spiritual enrichment as we are about physical health and wellbeing.

We offer a rich array of interesting entertainment, exercise and activities every day. As a not-for-profit Christian organization, we are as concerned with residents’ spiritual enrichment as we are about physical health and well-being.

Little Falls Care Center is a Medicare/Medicaid certified care center providing all levels of skilled care: short-term stays for rehabilitative care and long-term care. The Health Center also provides services and programs for special needs including respite care.
