Falls Area Leadership Series is an eight-month professional development program that informs participants about the critical issues our community face and challenges the them to get involved and to make a difference. FALS is designed to enhance professionalism, improve interpersonal relationships, and gain leadership skills.

If you are looking to take that next step to improve not only your professional career but your everyday life, this course is for you. Leadership is a skill for every role in a business, not just managers. Learn how businesses overcome hurdles and work as an efficient, collaborative team.

Participants will have the opportunity to form relationships with fellow business/community leaders, making it a truly unique and lasting experience.

We want you to walk away from this program with an understanding as to your role in a business and the impact you create.

This program will increase your understanding and perspective of the community. Whether you are looking to gain skills, network or learn more about the community, you will benefit immensely in one way or another. Take that step to find meaning and purpose in your life. Be the leader we all know you are!
