Franciscan Sisters Advent Day of Reflection
9:30 am - 3:00 pm
held virtually through Zoom
Presenter, Sister Elise Saggau, OSF, will guide us to a better understanding of our Christian vocation to live the Gospel, not just in those aspects in which we serve others as Jesus did, but by entering into and in some way sharing Jesus’ suffering, death and resurrection. Our time together will be divided into three sessions, one in the morning and two in the afternoon (each about 35 to 40 minutes long), allowing for periods of prayer, personal reflection and group discussions.
Sister Elise Saggau has many years of experience in education and Franciscan formation. She was editor of The Cord, an international Franciscan spiritual review, and also served as assistant director of publications at the Franciscan Institute, St. Bonaventure, New York. Sister Elise now writes and gives talks, especially on Franciscan spirituality.
This event will be virtual—registration is required for us to send you the Zoom link. There is no cost for the event, but donations are gratefully accepted. For more information or to register by March 23, contact the Franciscan Life Center by emailing Christi Hartwell at chartwell@fslf.org or calling (320) 632-0680.
